Event Details
As the Event Coordinator for Jay Griffy’s "Vibe Gawd" Listening Party, I handled email marketing, promotional material distribution, guest engagement, and media coverage coordination, ensuring a successful event and strong exposure for the artist.

Used Eventbrite and Google Forms to create an RSVP system for both guests and VIPs, ensuring a smooth registration process.
Sent email blasts to over 500 individuals over a two-month period, including weekly updates and three reminder emails during the final week.
Personally emailed VIP guests to confirm attendance and provide event details.
Distributed promotional flyers at key events and major attractions throughout Atlanta to drive attendance and increase awareness.

Google Form: Created a Google form featuring a list of songs from the album, allowing guests to rate each track from 1-5, encouraging engagement and providing valuable feedback. The collected data enabled Jay Griffy's team to identify which song to prioritize and invest in for future promotion.
Cash Bar: Guests enjoyed drinks, with a fully operational cash bar available throughout the event.
Meet & Greet: Guests had the opportunity to interact closely with Jay Griffy, taking personal photos and videos with the artist, and creating memorable experiences.
